With him Sidi Drako shoes

Maser (Treviso), 02 September, 2013 - Nino Schurter never fails to amaze! The super strong Swiss biker, born in Coira in 1986, has triumphed once again at the xc World Championships, blowing away all the competition in the elite race of the series that took place in  Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.
Sidi Sport is thus once again world champion next to its cross country superstar Nino Schurter,  who achieved this new extraordinary performance while counting on the invaluable support of his inseparable Sidi Drako shoes, which are the top models from the Sidi Sport mountain bike collection.
At Pietermaritzburg on Saturday in the elite race Nino Schurter beatGermany's Manuel Fumic and Spaniard Josè Hermida, succeeding in his ambition to repeat the championship success he scored last year at Saalfelden in Austria.
Nino Schurter, whose portfolio also boasts two Olympic medals (bronze at Beijing 2008 and silver in London 2012), not to mention countless world cup victories, is only the second biker in the history of MTB who managed to win the World Championship title in all three competitive categories (junior, under23 and elite) after Julien Absalon, another great rider from the Sidi stables.
Sidi Sport's success in the South African rainbow series was made complete by the women, who were also all wearing Sidi Drako shoes, including young Swiss biker Alexandra Keller, who won the title in the junior race, and her elder, fellow Swiss Miss Esther Suss, who captured the bronze medal in the elite race.
